FinsmartHub was founded with a clear vision: to empower Kenyan entrepreneurs and communities with the digital skills and financial knowledge needed to thrive in the modern economy.
What began as small-scale workshops in Nairobi has evolved into a comprehensive digital empowerment platform serving entrepreneurs, MSMEs, youth, and women across multiple counties in Kenya.
Our founder, Veronica Okola, recognised that many Kenyan small business owners had incredible talent and drive but lacked access to affordable, practical digital training. FinsmartHub was created to fill that gap – offering ITC-ILO certified courses, hands-on workshops, and an accelerator programme that has transformed hundreds of livelihoods.

Veronica is an internationally certified digital skills trainer, business development specialist, and financial literacy expert with over a decade of experience in Kenyan banking, SME development, and capacity building across East Africa.
After years at the National Bank of Kenya and earning her ITC-ILO certification in Geneva, she founded FinsmartHub to make world-class digital training accessible to every Kenyan entrepreneur – regardless of background, location, or tech experience.
