Policy

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of the FinsmartHub website, course enrolments, services, accelerator applications, and related digital products. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Use of the website and accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, keep login details secure, and use the website only for lawful purposes. Account access is personal to the registered user and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without written approval.

Orders, payments, and access

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may be updated from time to time. Access to paid digital products or services is normally granted after payment is successfully confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where there is suspected fraud, pricing error, abuse, or breach of these terms.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

All course materials, videos, worksheets, downloads, branding, graphics, and website content remain the intellectual property of FinsmartHub or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

  • You may use purchased course content for your own learning or your organisation’s internal approved use.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, resell, record, publish, or commercially exploit course or service materials without written permission.
  • You may not upload malicious code, interfere with site operations, or misuse forms, checkout, or account areas.

Services, results, and limitations

For consulting, design, or implementation services, final scope, timelines, and deliverables are based on the agreed proposal, invoice, or written brief. Delivery timelines may depend on timely client feedback, approvals, and content submission.

We provide practical educational and business support, but we do not guarantee specific financial, marketing, funding, or business outcomes.

Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinsmartHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the website, digital content, or services. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for the relevant order or service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Questions may be sent to hello@finsmarthub.africa.
